The production process consists of two phases – the development and the actual production of tools for cold forming of sheet metal parts. These are mainly tools for the production of structural components and heat shields for the automotive industry.

For the production of products we use various special tooling technologies (wire cutter, CNC machining centre with five-axis machining), but also common machine tools and technologies such as milling machine, lathe, cylindrical grinder, surface grinder, coordinate boring machine – drilling machine. The advantage of having its own tool room is the company’s independence in solving technical tasks.
