We specialize in sheet metal forming by pressing, especially for the automotive industry. We produce sheet metal parts in steel, aluminium and stainless steel. We press materials with a thickness of 0.5 to 6mm.
It is a flexible manufacturer of large, medium and small batches of pressed parts in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and has its own tool room for the production, modification and maintenance of press tools. It specializes in materials from 0.7 to 3.5mm thick. Spot welding, resp. manually assembles moulded parts and delivers assemblies and sub-assemblies, according to the customer’s requirements, also with surface treatment. It supplies moulded parts and assemblies primarily for the automotive, electrical and garden industries. We can cover the project from the design of the press tool, including the verification of the pressability of the parts by simulation, to the pressed final sheet metal part.

The main activity is the forming of sheet metal parts by cold pressing on mechanical and hydraulic presses. In addition to steel, we also press aluminium and stainless steel parts.
