The company has been part of dual training since the very beginning, that is since 2014. Experience and knowledge are passed on to students in three educational fields, namely toolmaker, mechanic-mechatronics technician and mechanic-adjuster. The beginnings were not easy, as we were the first company to join the project. However, we have always strived to contribute to the quality of education through our state-of-the-art equipment and our approach.
We have new conventional machines, tools and computers in the educational premises, on which students prepare technical documentation. In the early stages of their studies, students are introduced to tools, gauges, conventional machines and technical drawings. All this in accordance with the observance of OHS, thus ensuring a smooth transition to production processes.
The atmosphere in the company is pleasant, which also contributes to the attitude of the instructors and masters. After graduation, the graduate has the opportunity to be employed in a familiar environment, in the company ŠVEC a SPOL, s.r.o. In a stable company with a promising and solid place on the market.
