Our services help many customers to manufacture cranes, power equipment and large machinery.
Within our activities, we mainly focus on foundation frames and brackets for industrial equipment. Thanks to our comprehensively equipped premises in Levice with a production area of more than 5500 m², we are able to carry out material cutting, welding, mechanical processing of parts and complete assemblies. Finally, we perform the surface treatment and assembly. Throughout the entire production process, we follow the project documentation from our customers.

The certified welding process (EN ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 EXC 3, EN 15085-2 CL 1) ensures the most stringent quality requirements. In addition to manual welding, welding robots are also available. Oversized weldments and large assemblies are machined on CNC horizontal boring machines. The high surface quality is achieved by blasting prior to final finishing. In addition to wet or powder coating, it is also possible to provide galvanizing, hot dip galvanizing, heat treatment or Tenifer Q.
