Basic salary (gross) and other remuneration

Salary depends on the candidate’s work experience
From 2000€ / monthly salary + bonus according to results

Job description, powers and responsibilities

Comprehensive logistics and warehouse management, including internal material flows
Production planning in cooperation with other departments
Planning, optimization and continuous improvement of logistics processes
Management of transport, customs processes and logistics costs
Cooperation with suppliers of goods and services
Leadership, motivation and development of the logistics team
Inventory management of raw materials and finished products, including inventories and material traceability
Ensuring efficient distribution of products to customers
Regular reporting of logistics KPIs and close cooperation with other departments of the company

Inventory management and optimization, including tracking stock levels and ordering
Working with inventory management software (ERP, WMS, automated warehouse systems)
Knowledge of warehouse operations management (receiving, storage, handling, dispatch of goods)
Overview of modern technologies and automation used in warehouses
Using techniques to increase supply chain efficiency
Orientation in legislation related to logistics, HSE and environmental protection
Analysis of logistics data and performance metrics
Using KPIs to evaluate the efficiency of logistics processes
Planning and implementation of logistics projects (systems implementation, process improvement)
Logistics project budget management and cost optimisation
Knowledge of quality control methods in logistics
Identification and implementation of process improvements with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction

Employee requirements

The position is suitable for candidates with the following educational qualifications: university II. Degrees

Education in: mechanical engineering, technical

Language skills:

English – Intermediate (B1) or German – Intermediate (B1)

Group B driving licence

Number of years of experience: 5
